Costa Rica has elections where everyone uses a picture ID to vote and other necessities. We use proper paper ballots too...
We KNOW who is elected by 8 pm election day.

Digital Technology was never a friend. It's just a means to an end.
I challenge anyone--literally anyone--to give an honest answer on why voter ID's shouldn't be required to vote. I have to show my ID to tour an apartment complex. To buy a bottle of Nyquil. It's not a problem for those things.
