It does not at all sound reasonable that Biden did not only appreciably better than Clinton did, but did so with near perfect inverted mirror image numerical symmetry to her results.
I just explained this to someone, the lower results in the photo are from 2016. Even in your worst nightmare, say Trump falters in that tiny county and Biden comes up big. The most the totals could swing would be a few points. It sure as shit looks like the numbers were flipped. This is an easy fix. Open the machines and audit a few hundred. If the count is off the ratios reported, manually count that shit in every county in the state that uses this shitcan software.
Just wanted to say that my county in NJ was showing the results backwards for a portion of the night and then it got corrected and flipped back. So it is definitely possible that this county was also flipped.
CNN did this last night with Armstrong County in PA - a county outside of Pittsburgh. They seem to have corrected it today, but it was a glaring 25k vote error that was up for most of the night.
