No it wouldn't. The majority of people voting libertarian would have been Biden supporters otherwise (Bernie, Tulsi, Yang). Most libertarians I know supported Trump. Including myself. Look at the exit polls for Michigan and Nevada, Trump would already be over the top. Also look at other close losses like VA. It goes on and on.
