Dane county turn out was 343,000 people. Forget registered voters for a minute, the total population of Dane County isn't even 550,000 people. Thats not even factoring in kids under 18. A week or so out, they said there was only 200,000 requested ballots and 100,000 returned... But somehow at my polling place there was 90% of the voter book as returned absentee ballot.
