It's going to be tough. I don't want to sugar coat it.
Fortunately, there appears to be plenty of statistical anomalies which, combined with recorded evidence of voter intimidation, stall tactics, and forbidding of republican poll watchers, that the case could be made that these state totals have no integrity.
It would perhaps force a recount with added scrutiny of untraceable ballots.
This makes the most sense to me. I think it’s a losing battle to try to say mail in or certain votes are fraudulent but that the integrity of the entire process was put into jeopardy by the actions of those engaged in the counting process.
From there they scrutinize the entire process, have lawyers, LEO etc ready to go so some poll worker isn’t kicked out or not allowed in then has to go through all of the hoops to force their way in, among other things.
My only concern in this scenario is will all of the 4 am votes get mixed in with the ones received before the deadline?
It's hard to say. This situation is not enviable.
For all we know, they're burning evidence as we speak so a recount can't be accurate. Hypothetical though.
I'm glad Trump is fighting this. It's a worthwhile fight.
