Trump can win obviously if he gets all remaining states. He can also win in these scenarios:

  1. Pennsylvania, Georgia, North Carolina, Nevada
  2. Pennsylvania, Georgia, Arizona, Nevada
  3. (TIE) Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Arizona, Nevada

If it’s a tie, Trump will win because Republicans have more state delegations in the House of Representatives. And the Senate will likely vote for Pence for VP.
