Calling a state before it's even got 10% of the vote in is a big fat lie, and they've done it with every single state Biden has "won" and several of the states Trump ended up winning once the votes were counted. Just because you can guess that cali will be blue isn't a good excuse to claim that it's already "called."
When all the votes are done, or it is no longer mathematically possible for the votes to flip, the STATE calls the election. Not Fox, not AP, not Twitter. The media has been "calling" every state they can for biden with next to no votes counted, and outright refusing to call states for Trump for the sole purpose of keeping that electoral lead for biden pumped up. Far too many people are falling for it even as they see it in action but the maps have been fake from the word go. This is a map of states that have ACTUALLY been called or are beyond the ability to flip (without cheating). It's what the MSM maps would look like if they were being honest.
