So what, the poll workers are only giving sharpies to Republicans? What about all the independent voters? Seems like an unlikely scenario to me.
Just another data point; I went to poll worker training for San Bernardino County, California, and all the ballot marking was done with handed out sharpies. Seems like California Democrats wouldn't need to cheat this way in California, since the state is in the bag for them.
