It's not like he stood down or anything. I think Trump legally can stay in office while the Supreme Court case is happening.
How long will this whole Supreme Fourt process take? can we assume this all has to get done by December when the electoral college votes have to be formally submitted?

Either way, Trump is in office until january 1 in the event of a loss. These mail in votes are such bullshit, especially the ones in these rust belt states where the voter turnout is in the 90%+ range for the first time in history. This stinks to the high heavens!
