Parents went to vote, in person.

It says "absentee vote by mail" - "ballot approved".

WTF? Is this just something they put in as a placeholder because they can't pay for someone to make a "absentee vote in person - ballot approved"?

What state?

I know in person early voting in GA was actually filling out an absentee ballot and scanning in it.
