We always use to sign with a pen in a book when we voted. This year to protect the elderly our polling place was changed. When we voted we were required to sign on an ipad tablet. I would imagine that this would make signature matching quite difficult since nobody can sign with any degree of precision or accuracy.

Anybody have a similar experience or think this is cause for concern? Is there some kind of official gubberment agency I should report this to?

NE-PA here. We were given a stylus to sign in on iPad and to use at the voting machines. Problem here was, after completing your vote, you print your ballot - which you then walk to a "scanner" and insert. Last night, our local news station was urging "any voter who took their ballot home to return to their polling place to have their ballot processed". So, no one noticed people walking out with their ballots in hand?

I don't believe the intent was fraud. I think many new voters didn't understand the process, and thought the print-out was a receipt. Additionally, they also found ballots left in the printers, which were not processed. I realize the volunteers are, well, volunteers - and we definitely had a record turnout of new voters, but I still think someone should have noticed people walking away with their ballots and not crossing the large cafeteria to the scanners.
