If we can proof 1 case of voter fraud, can the whole state’s election be invalidated?

This is something I'd like to know. If they can prove for a FACT that fraud was happening, now what? It's likely they would never be able to figure out how many fraudulent votes there are, or WHICH ones they are. Then what happens?

If it appears to be a small amount, is it just ignored? Do people re-vote? Is that state just invalidated? Or does it then go to SCOTUS to decide the winner of that state? If it does, how do they decide?

This is one thing that I've ALWAYS wondered.

So courts for individual voter fraud come down hard, for calling out entire states, Bush v. Gore is an outlier. HOWEVER, Trump had historic levels of fed judge appointments and of course SCOTUS 5-4, and the fact there are examples of huge voter fraud in key states to the point they’re easily tenfold more egregious than Fl in Gore v. Bush. I think a Supreme Court win if PA or GA flips, and AZ or NV don’t flip to be very high likelihood of going all the way.

If trump can find 5000 dead people voting in Wisconsin for instance, done deal. If trump can find similar numbers of people who moved, etc etc, it’s a good outlook
