There are cut off times for national elections. All these faux ballots showing up after 8 PM on Tuesday could be invalidated by the SCOTUS as they violate the letter of the law.

They'll throw them in the same pile as all the other ballots and when the ruling comes down to invalidate them they'll just say "Oops. We can't distinguish them from the rest of the ballots. Oh well." Then what?

They won't give them to Trump till they know they don't need them. If AZ or NV flip they'll have to print more ballots.
