This is something I'd like to know. If they can prove for a FACT that fraud was happening, now what? It's likely they would never be able to figure out how many fraudulent votes there are, or WHICH ones they are. Then what happens?

If it appears to be a small amount, is it just ignored? Do people re-vote? Is that state just invalidated? Or does it then go to SCOTUS to decide the winner of that state? If it does, how do they decide?

This is one thing that I've ALWAYS wondered.
