dane county WI had 338,946 votes and only has a population of 490,411 per 2010 census)

census says 21% (102,986) of that population is under the age of 18?

this leaves 387,425 eligible voters.. so that means you had one of the highest voter turn outs ever

Thanks. Had kind of a random idea. I saw that Minneapolis-St.Paul is just over the border, where fuckface Ellison is Attorney General, and has no doubt spent his time in office learning how to cheat.

But Dane and Green Bay are not super-close to there. Still, not too far, and they're near Chicago too. There might be neighboring rats at work, not necessarily commanded from inside Wisconsin.

alot changes in 10 years population wise sadly but yea the turnout rate is highly questionable
