I see its been mentioned here but can someone definitively clarify for me how RCP has "Live Michigan Results" that are so far off of the unofficial [but actual] "Michigan.gov Election Results"? The President seems to be leading by 170,000 according to Michigan...

the second link is outdated data.
Yet it shows that it is updated every ten minutes, most recently two minutes ago? (11/4/2020 11:20PMCST)
If you download the spreadsheet you'll see it doesn't include Wayne County (Detroit). I checked and then compared w/ the numbers on the separate Wayne County website.
