When did they change it because I've seen some graphics for a bunch of different states that none of the numbers lined up? Did they add that many people to the registry the day of after the screenshot was taken?

The way the register voters st the polls does give a reasonable, Occam's razor explanation. I don't think this turnout issue is one we can win with WI. I'd settle for a recount though.

Wisconsin has same day voter registration. No doubt they cheated there but this isn’t the way to prove it
WI might have same day voter registration however, There is no chance that this is the one election that WI has an uptick of 15% more voters show up.
