Calculated the mean and standard deviations using past year's data as I stated. The calculations mean that there is a 99.9999% chance that the voter turnout was 57.6635 ±12.809.

You should include that part in the pic. As someone who got an A in stats I figured that was what it was showing, but it took me a minute and most people probably won't know what you're talking about.

Interesting though that voter turnout should have been 70% tops but was way the fuck above that.

Yeah, I apologize. Once I saw the comment I realized I should've included more. I hope people check the comments to see the explanation is that it means statistically it's nearly impossible to see what occurred in Wisconsin.
