While I totally believe there is fuckery afoot i am not sure a timestamp on a tweet would be considered concrete evidence. The video could have been shot at an earlier time and then uploaded. That said I do believe there is probably more concrete evidence out there of ballots being delivered past the allowed time that changed the state so the law should be upheld to the fullest

I think the key point is "where they are being counted" and the other article I saw about this one was that these were counted already, and what's being transferred is a flash drive with results to be reported out.

I wonder about this too. But what kind of backwards system requires digital data to be driven in a car? You just send that shit in software.
More likely there were ballots themselves in the car, even if it wasn't all of them.
Or this was a special delivery of fraudulent results. It does seem to correlate well with the statistically impossible spike in B votes
