While I totally believe there is fuckery afoot i am not sure a timestamp on a tweet would be considered concrete evidence. The video could have been shot at an earlier time and then uploaded. That said I do believe there is probably more concrete evidence out there of ballots being delivered past the allowed time that changed the state so the law should be upheld to the fullest
