Your timing is off. It would not be prudent to charge Biden or other swamp creatures until we prove we won the election fair and square. To mix these charges in with the election dispute would unnecessarily make Trump look like he is trying to interfere with the election.

No, the basis for the charges is clearly preexisting and not retaliation. Even if that were the case, still better to appear to be retaliation than interference AND retaliation.
