I'm not sure why I didn't piece this together sooner. With all this fraud going about, how else would they get the names for all the fraudulent ballots? They have been planning this for a long time.

Here's some examples of potential voter fraud:
1.) Altering ballots - If a voter fails to vote for all candidates, an election officer can simply add marks for their preferred candidate. Likewise excess marks can be added to disqualify a ballot voting for unfavored candidates.
The Democrats tried this in one state under the guise of allowing voters to "correct" their ballots. It was struck down. I believe the Trump campaign is fighting this issue in another state as well.
2.) Substitution of ballots - Legitimate ballots may be discarded, and other ballots substituted for them.
Due to the anonymity of voting (to protect you from intimidation / retaliation), you can't check and see if your vote was tallied properly. That's why if poll watchers from one side are kicked out of a polling station (eg. Detroit) or denied entry (Pennsylvania) or lied to (eg. Fulton County Atlanta, where the retarded GOP watchers went home after they said they were taking a break, but the dems came back and kept "counting"), you won't be able to discover this type of fraud.
3.) False count and false returns - In some cases ballots are not counted at all, and results are simply fabricated.
This is hard to prove. But a case in point could be the 138,000 ballots delivered via thumb drive in Milwaukee by a police cruiser.
4.) Repeating / False voting: Repeating - Persons go from precinct to precinct voting under the names of these bogus voters, or even under the names of real voters.
Also, as we've seen in democrat strongholds. If you have the registered voter rolls and a tally of who has / has not voted, you can then forge ballots for the people that didn't show up. If you do this late (after the polls close), you can be certain that person's vote will never show up to cause any duplication concerns with your fraudulent ballot. The GOP needs to fight this by comparing signatures on mail-in & absentee ballots to a known good signature of the voter.
Imagine if they put as much effort into helping Americans as they did figuring out ways to cheat.
