Montgomery County location I visited had nothing but black fine tip sharpies.

Wasn't Jay Sekulov asking that Trump voters who were given sharpies to complete their ballot to contact him?

Same here. However, the MontCo ballots were different than the one shown. I specifically read the instructions about that on our ballots (because I brought my own pen and was on the lookout for such tomfoolery) and my ballot said to use a "black pen or marker," indicating that the Sharpie was fine. That is likely because our ballots were one-sided, so bleed-through is not an issue. The "black pen or marker" instruction can be verified by looking at the sample ballots shown online: https://webapp02.montcopa.org/voterservices/sampleballots/Listsampleballots.asp

Yep, I was also at a MontCo place, and I was sure to read every single word on that ballot three times, check for any errant marks on either side that may disqualify it, fill my bubbles 100%, wait at the machine until it told me that my ballot had been successfully cast, etc.

As far as going by what my ballot said, everything seems to be on the up and up at the moment.

You can still see sample ballots on montco site. Instructions to voter: 3. Use only a black pen or marker.

Ballots here are one-sided though, pics I saw from AZ looked like double sided
