It was captioned with, and I'm paraphrasing, "169,000+ votes being transported to the elections office for counting." That means those votes were delivered over 8 hours after they were supposed be. And those votes were obviously the ones that overturned the results. Every single one of those votes should be voided and the state should immediately be called for GEOTUS.
