I may be paranoid...but having worked as a server systems engineer for 20 years, I think it's even more of a risk for fraud (hacking) than the method we have now (if NO cheating). Plus, we'd have to change the Constitution.
Hell, I don't do banking online and I still snail mail my taxes!
