This site is useless until after the election. It's always way behind even though it claims to update every 10 minutes. It drove us nuts trying to get recount data in 2016 until we figured it out.

Can someone explain how the fuck this works if biden has already been declared with winner? Am i missing something
It's my understanding the count includes a county once all precincts report in.
The county's outstanding here include metro detroit
