Voat hasn't worked for met for two days, I VPN'ed to Canada and voila, comes right up and is snappy. I'll try some other countries as well.

thats your ISP or whoever youre using for DNS services. I use : https://1.1.1.1/
or a better link: https://1.1.1.1/dns/
