2018-2020 was not fine. It was a waste of our precious little time to exploit a Trump presidency. So much was squandered on fighting impeachment and bargaining with the devil. We needed both houses to declare a success. Instead, at best we get to hear more of Nancy's drunken rants and worthless legislation that dies in either chamber.
I went from making $32,000 a year to making $50,000 a year in that same time period. We're going to be fine.

What good does it do you to go to work, make 50k, pay 15k in taxes while the illegal down the road gets to live the same comfortable life you do without the whole pesky having to have a job and instead doing the bear minimum to get by?
Good luck renovating your home, you wont be able to get permits unless you're also "greening it up" hope you have the money on hand to also do that.
That's exactly my plan dude. I replaced all the HVAC equipment this summer. All I have to do now is patch up some dry wall and then throw on some paint, then I can sell for far more than what I got into the place.
