There are generally checks for 2000 vs 1900, anything else sound like amateur hour. All these say 01/01/1900. It looks like this is saying they are flagged for manual review and they can be locked. IF the person working this is doing the job right then cool there is a big lock button which i assume prevents the vote from being counted as it is suspect invalid. I also see in red that these are manually entered. Manual entries could be people who registered to vote at the voting place, my voting place allowed this and I saw one guy registering there. There is information you need to bring with you and submit for review including ID and a few other things, i think bills to prove your home address or something like that. Off the user's ID you should see a DOB and enter that in. To have a bunch of people entered with a default DOB is VERY suspect. This smells fishy
Those might be explained as either database storage errors or as display errors.
I'm willing to bet quite a bit of money no one born in 1900 was named Shanieka.
Most likely either the database only stores "00" for the year or the application only checks the last two digits.
