I've read some threads on this. In the 2020 data, they compare turnout to registered voters. In the other years, it's compared to eligible voters. When you use the same comparison, the % drops to something more believable. I still think the WI numbers are bullshit and Trump won, but this is misleading data analysis.
No way they are close to 80% of eligible voters. Michigan had a 67% turnout of registered voters. It is highly improbable to beat a neighboring state by 23%. They do have day of registration which could explain some of it. However, day of voters broke Trump in such a big way that if enough day registrations were made to bring these numbers into a more realistic turnout realm you should have seen a landslide for Trump.
I agree, and the early AM ballot stuffing was pure bullshit, but we have to present clean data to win this fight. I saw that it was calculated at 83% turnout-registered. Still improbable, but the Leftists are saying it's because people hate Trump so much.
To be clear, I don't believe that for a second. Trump carried WI in 2016 and has done so well that I can't imagine anybody who voted for him then didn't vote for him now--and in fact I'm certain he picked up votes. I just don't want to give the Left ammo to call any data analysis from our side as "conspiracy theory."

Michigan also has day-of registration.
