Her first action was to recuse herself from the PA vote, allowing them to count votes arriving up till 3 days later.
Part of me wonders if this was part of her / Trump's plan. Like if she had voted on the PA situation, it would have made them less likely to try and cheat in PA. So she deliberately abstained from that so they COULD cheat and then they'd be caught.

Her decision there left open the possibility for the court to grant cert to the case. Far more devastating for the Dems after the evidence is out of the actual corruption. It's brilliant.

The fact that she practically sailed through gives me pause also. And it's not because they knew they were outnumbered, they were with Kavanaugh also.
Kavanuagh hasn't actually been too bad. He hasn't been solid R, that's true. But Trump doesn't want to appoint partisan hacks, depoliticizing the court helps Republicans in the long run.

I disagree. I think Trump put her in strategically. He might not have been expecting this 2 or 4 years ago, he sure as hell was 1 month ago. Also, Kavanaugh and Gorsuch have been suspicious of Mail in ballots. I think he'll have it in the bag. He might even have Roberts on his side.
