Even if it were true this is easily thwarted. Govt workers are in charge of sending / printing those ballots to mail in. A few crooked govt workers skimming the paper solves that problem real quick.
That + chasing legitimate ones. The PV video in Texas was pretty damning IMO. That was just one person chasing thousands and thousands of ballots. You don’t need THAT many crooked ballot chasers running through the philly slums to get these numbers.
Yeah, there's now some clip floating around TDw of some girl talking about national guard being deployed across the country for using technology to identify these official ballots from fake ones. Idk if there's truth to what she's saying, but I did see the NG is being deployed in some places.
