When it comes down to it, can’t we verify all the ballots? That they belong to a real person, and the person voted for whichever candidate? There has to be a verification method, other wise we are just taking poll workers word for things.

It probably will come to that if Trump takes the results to court. IIRC it happened with Gore vs. Bush Jr. Florida was a point of contention so a bunch of votes were scrutinized and made sure to be legit.

I feel like this is going to happen for a few states this time around.
