So why spit hate at your own team that is struggling? It is only natural to feel demoralized by what is happening. We are humans after all and this is seriously traumatic stuff.
Instead of telling the people who are worried to "piss off", maybe give them some encouragement?
Not everyone has a steel resolve. Some of our pedes need help being carried across the finish line.
Lead by example. Forgive those who are afraid. Help them be strong.

I’ve gone through warrior moments and some cruddy emotional moments too. Ups and downs are part of life. The last 48 hours have been a rollercoaster.
High energy is needed now for sure! Never give up!
