the last updates ive seen, were at 10:20 CST, 9:41 CST, and before that 8:37 CST, i PERSONALLY watched those happen in real time, i was spamming F5, prior to that i am unsure however the time listed for the previous update when i started watching it at 8CST was 8:37 EST, its certainly not updating every 10 minutes they way it is supposed to, but it IS updating
if you can not trust the OFFICIAL website, there is NO source you can, THESE ARE THE NUMBERS THAT MATTER, because the official numbers are the ones the ELECTORS will be using
That's the STATE site. RCP gets their data from the STATE. Any data published by a private entity and not by an official STATE source should be questioned. Of course, the state data itself should be questioned as well at this juncture.

Thank you, I've posted/replied all day about it. The official site sucks, it always has. Very slow to update, the update counter is a lie. Usually only once a day, but it looks like they updated it twice today. It's been this way for at a decade. We figured it out for sure when trying to track Jill Stein's forced recount in 2016.
It only becomes useful after the election, when it shows up as certified. At this point its just as you say, old and misleading.
It updates regularly. I've been monitoring their fraud all day.
