it is a real site, but they do not add data until the county reports it to SoS. Right now it is 81/83 counties and that doesn't include Wayne County which is Detroit and which Biden is winning by about ~250k votes.

it’s not a fake site. Search a search engine for Michigan Secretary of State’s website. Click it. Find general election tab right in the middle. It takes you to the website you told us is fake
