Yes but don't laugh. We arthritics who don't take drugs are in pain 24/7 and so can't handle the bigger calibers due to recoil. I'm selling my .45 for this exact reason.
I can put a 9 mm round inside a skull from 10-20 yards reliably. Skulls don't like that, from what I hear. :)
