Collins pulling the upset in Maine guarantees that the Senate will stay in GOP hands. That is arguably just as important, if not more important, than the Presidency. If Biden wins, but the Senate is GOP, then Biden/Harris will be basically powerless for 2 years (that means no repeal of the tax cuts)
