Yes, I understand the issue to be that 2 counties haven't reported yet, or at least been added to the official count. That's where the highest amount of fraud is going to come from I've heard, so therefore this count is "inaccurate" or at least incomplete. Incomplete with fraud that is.
It would be nice if anybody could positively name the two counties totals that we lack. Depending on which two counties, it can be the difference between win and lose.
