1769 Please look at this! I think the official mail-in ballots that were mailed out by DHS were all water-marked. There are dots all over the pages that jump out at 640nm wavelength. Any UV. If you don't have one, just take the paper to very bright light and look very closely if you have good eye. You might not see the dots clearly, but you can see something very faintly.
