NSA has already installed some type of stuxnet style worm on election machines. Or at the very least some type of back end logging software.
This could easily:
look for a watermark
count results
take images of ballots
report back to the WH real numbers while false numbers are reported.
Ya but what if they just have real ballots? Mailed or dropped off, or just gathered and filled out, after Election Day? Are they fabricating the ballots themselves or just filling real ones out?
