Serious question why didn't he use his executive powers to put some barriers against voter fraud in these elections? executive order for in person+ID or requested absentee ballots only for the corona pussies

How did he let the dems just sends hundreds of millions of unchecked ballots wherever the fuck they want, too easy to cheat when you have access to infinite amounts of ballots + bad verification laws in these corrupt DNC/China controlled states
