I'm trying to tough up myself to fight! Been doing 4x 25 push ups everyday for the past 4 days and my shoulder blade is hurting right now... Should I keep doing the push ups or will it fuck up me up permanently?

Muscles need rest after exercise to rebuild stronger. If you've just started and something feels like it's a stabbing pain, stop for a bit. However, if it's a dull ache, good! Means you're working the muscle.

Your hand placement may be too wide if your shoulder blades are feeling it. Bring the hand placement in just under your chest and keep your elbows in when performing the movement.

Give a day of rest on the shoulder. Focus on core and legs for a day or two

Stop doing push-ups

Serious Shoulder blade injuries never re-heal. If you injure it you are stuck with it for life.
