Someone did an analysis of the voter results from the ~470 wards in Milwaukee. Each ward gets a couple hundred votes and they looked at the final two digits of the vote tally. As you'd expect, it's a random distribution— except for one huge spike, tallies ending in "00." Almost as if they were adding votes and rounded up to whole numbers.
