Notice how one party, the votes don't shift too much, while you see a very dramatic shift for a certain candidate? And that's just 3 counties that I've looked at in GA.

Just to further clarify on your point:

Henry County has a population of 234,561 (Per 2019 census)

30% of that population is under the age of 18 (Can’t vote)

Thus giving us an eligible voter population of 164,192

121,254 votes were casted for Trump & Biden, not even including the other parties.

121,254 / 164,192 is a whopping 73.8% voter turnout rate.

Compared to 2016 where it was around 60%.

Definitely not suspicious at all, especially because absentee ballots make up over 1/4th of the votes.
