You should watch the Viva Frei/Barnes Law podcast from last night. Highly interesting. Recount is probably bullshit because you don't know which votes were legit. Revote would be the only remedy in court. Barnes was floating the idea of the house confirming Trump (each state has a vote, so R majority) if the courts refuse to do anything.
The Democrats have the majority of representatives, but the representatives would not have a vote each. They would have a single vote for the state they represent. California would not have more votes than Vermont, for example. Which means, the Republicans have a majority. If we'd have a 269:269 election, it would be the same, by the way.

Too many RINOs to trust
Senate not house right?
According to Barnes it's the house voting by delegation. Each state has one vote.
But we don’t control the house. Sorry if I’m being dense just not sure I follow
