I think they got fucked when Trump decisively won both Florida and Ohio. They were expecting it would be close like 2016 in Florida. Trump decisively winning Florida was the moment when they stopped counting in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. They didn't expect the Cuban American voters to come in droves for Trump.
