A. DHS briefing from October 23rd outlining new protective measures
B. Zoom in of mail in ballot with water marks at 550 nm (i think that was the zoom) with matching water marks on second document
C. Document titled “ ALEX PADILLA | SECRETARY OF STATE | STATE OF CALIFORNIA OFFICE OF VOTING SYSTEMS TECHNOLOGY ASSESSMENT” with this type of information on it “The watermark for the November 3, 2020, General Election, is the CA Poppy. The tint for the background and watermark is Red PMS 192. The watermark and tint must appear on the ballot itself, not only on the stub.”

You are a moron, Sir. Each state has open bids to have their ballots printed for that state. Each state always has way more ballots printed than they need. There is no difference between absentee, mail-in, and in-person ballots in most states. Each polling location has hundreds if not thousands of legitimate, official blank ballots.
There is zero need for anyone to have different ballots printed to cheat. They just use the extra official ballots. DHS has nothing to do with it. This is a pathetic LARP that's designed to make our side look like conspiracy nutjobs in order to discredit the REAL challenge to the ongoing attempt to defraud the electorate.

Hey, genius. Every polling location has hundreds if not thousands of extra official blank ballots every year. Each state has their own ballots printed by open bid contractors. There is no difference between mail-in and in-person in most states. There are literally MILLIONS of extra blank official ballots at their disposal. Linking back to more copies of your larp isn't "research"; it's regurgitation.
Mail-ins and election day ballots are different.
Printer steganography is a technology that has been in use for decades, even consumer printers implement it, usually as tiny dots of yellow ink and encodes things such as printer serial number, brand, date&time of printing among other things. It would cost nothing to implement it and if ballots are printed by a private contractor it's probably enabled on their printers/plotters since it's not a setting users can disable, most don't even know it exists.
1: Whether the ballots are different depends on your state. They're completely the same in many states.
2: Steganography is completely irrelevant. Ballots aren't made on printers; they're made on industrial printing presses the same as posters or news papers. It's not like your office laserjet.
