I won't sit here and tell you I was scared for our future with Biden like some Liberal cuck afraid of Orange Man. But let me say, it's terrifying and dreadful not having ONE reliable mainstream source of information to truthfully lay out what the fuck is going on in my state of Arizona, let alone the rest of our Republic. TheDonald.win with the CONSTANT updates has staved off the pessimism in me, and given me not just hope, but confidence that our man is going to finish this.
I love all you guys so damn much. Thanks, and don't forget that God is with us, and there's a reason Trump read the Snake poem recently. They will be exposed for what they are.
I guess I see it both ways. I can be a bit of a cynic, and it is very concerning to see 264 vs 215, favoring Biden, every time I open Google or 270toWin. Trust me, I knew Trump would win bigly if we had a clean election. But I think we know now that's not what we got, which I didn't prepare myself enough for.
However, no good ever comes from pissing and moaning. No one wants to hear it and people who are still optimistic can just get dragged down by doomerspeak. This is some life-advice I need to adhere to better myself, but my brain seems to be wired for cynicism.
Where I will agree with you 100%, instead of calling someone a doomerfag and to shut up and go away, maybe reassure them that things will all work out. But still be sure to call them a doomerfag. ;)
I hope you understand what I'm going for here, because people tend to react pretty badly when I say this, but it isn't about you, or me, or anyone but those people coming here to vent. It's about what the "doomers" need to get off their chests to keep themselves leveled and sane. It's not wrong to have a pessimistic view of things, or voice that opinion so long as the one doing so is open to the other side of things. Likewise, the "other side of things" needs to be willing to engage constructively rather than dismissively. We have been failing at that here, unfortunately.
As for your statement "no one wants to hear it," well, it seems a portion of our fellows which shouldn't be ignored or dismissed is feeling it. My opinion is we need to engage with them and help them. We need to do better, because they are hurting more than those who wouldn't be called "doomers." While I would agree hearing/reading contrary attitudes can impact our thoughts, it's important to realize the reaction we're speaking of makes up their world right now. They are frantic, lost, and due to the way they have been treated here in many cases, probably feel very alone right now as well. We need to change that. We need to do better in the coming days.
