Can someone explain to me why the 'official website of michigan.gov' link to election results had a different count then what the news is reporting?

same thing happened in 2004...Wayne county results didn’t get uploaded to the SOS website until days after the election. MSM called Mi for Kerry early in the night and it didn’t make any sense. But Kerry still won when the fraud machine kicked in in Wayne.

In 2016, if I recall correctly, the Michigan SOS website didn’t have any counts uploaded until well after the election.
